What is your favorite seafood?

My favorite seafood is shrimp because I think is very delicious
and it contains a lot of benefits for our health.
Shrimp is an excellent source of protein and selenium.
It is also a very good source of vitamin D, vitamin B12
and a good source of iron, phosphorus, omega-3 fatty acids,
niacin, zinc, copper and magnesium.

I don't like seafood.
I don't have any favorite seafood.
Seafood is contain a lot of nutrient that good for health.
But because of allergy I cannot eat some seafood.
That a reason why I don't like seafood.

Squid is my favourite seafood.
When I have seafood in the buffet, I prefer a squid to a shrimp.
My mother and I always have a fight for the pieces of grilled squids.
It means my mother also likes eating it. I usually buy some from the market
to cook it with spices. It tastes very delicious. I have an allergy to a shrimp so
I dislike eating it.

I also like octopus because of the fresh taste it gives me and soft texture that's not mushy.

I like fish, crabs, lobsters, scallops, but my favorite are shrimps.
Especially if they are served with pasta and white creamy sauce
and the shrimps on top. I like a shrimp cocktail and tartar sauce.

Shrimp has also benefits and non benefits for our body.

My favorite seafood are squid and prawn.   

Both of them are very delicious. ^^ We can find squid and prawn very easy because they are very popular to eat. And both of them can cook a lots of special menu and can cook in different style. When I go to eat buffet I will looking for them first. I love to eat grilled prawn with spicy seafood sauce and Tomyam Kung. For squid I love to eat them with grilled or cook them in spicy soup. I need to go back home and make a special menu from squid and prawn and eat them with my family. It must bu very fantastic meal.^^
