| Snack contains lots of fat and sugar which might increases our blood sugar. It might cause diabetes. Fat and sugar also gains our weight. It difficult to keep our weight under control, especially if we have the habit of snacking every day or multiple times during the day. So we will be FAT! and it's hard to loose weight since our weight control is not balanced.
