| I really like Green tea. It makes you feel not as hungry so you eat less therefore you can loose weight. Disadvantage is that you have to pee more. Advantage is that there are antioxidants which are very good for you. It makes you more full and the antioxidants are really good for you. I drink green tea in replacements of midnight snacks and sometimes if I'm hungry I will drink it and then I won't be since I was more likely than not just thirsty. Green tea with milk is yummy.

It has the benefits for our health and our mood. It's good for our heart because green tea and tea can help heart. Tea consumption is also associated with a lower risk of heart disease and stroke. Research published by Harvard demonstrates that people who drink at least one cup of tea daily have a 44 percent lower risk of heart attack.

Green tea is also beneficial for blood pressure by reducing the risks of developing hypertension. However, if you drink it a lot it is not good for you too because green tea contains caffeine, which may be unsuitable for individuals with a heart condition, including hypertension. Caffeine may worsen these conditions or interact with medications meant to control them.

| Oh! I really like green tea! Because I have gained many benefits from those. As i know, green tea contains antioxidants that help lower bad cholesterol and increase good cholesterol. It can promote arterial health as well. Green tea is also beneficial for blood pressure by reducing the risks of developing hypertension. But I can get some disadvantages of green tea, as follows, it contains caffeine, therefore there is always a doubt. Too much caffeine can cause nausea, insomnia or frequent urination. Scientists have warned the users that intake this tea in large amounts can pose danger to the kidney as well as the liver.

| Omg!!! I can say but you won't believe me! I do love tea green! I drink hot green tea about 3 cups a day! I wanted to loss my weight by eating more healthy food and booth up my metabolism by drinking green tea. So... one of my teachers suggest me to drink green tea because it can burn about 60 calories if you drink 2-4 cups of green tea per day!
