| These are my ways to keep myself healthy: Wake up early and go for a jog before work. Don't bring an iPod along, instead, look around and admire the sunrise. Choose a different place to jog every day, like at the beach on Sundays, the park on Mondays, and so on. Take in the refreshing air and use this time to clear my thoughts and relax before heading to the office. Enjoy a nutritious breakfast. Oatmeal, cereal, a slice of whole-wheat toast, fresh fruit, and yogurt are all healthy choices. No fizzy drinks at any time. Drink lots of water and stay away from smoking. Try having as much as of fruits and vegetables and water while at work and say a big no to the easily available junk food, fatty snacks, coffee, fizzy soda, etc. Take a walk whenever I get a break.

The energy from a healthy breakfast can carry you through your morning in a more stable way than by eating stimulating foods such as sweets and coffee. Drinking Water, drink at least eight 8oz. glasses of water a day. Eating Fruits and Vegetables, fruits and vegetables supply many nutrients that are important for your health. All fruits and vegetables supply the body with fiber needed for cholesterol regulation and proper bowel function.

| Health is very crucial for us. We have to take care of ourselves. So I'll give you ways to keep you healthy. 1. Maintain healthy eating habits. Avoid fad diets like the plague; to get all the nutrition the human body needs, eat carbs, protein, and fat at every meal. By doing so, you'll have a healthy heart, healthy brain, and a fully functional immune system. Eating highly varied foods will also help insure you get all the vitamins, minerals, oils, and enzymes your body craves. 2. Sleep well every night. Adults should get 7 to 9 hours daily, whereas school-aged children should get 10 to 11. One of the absolute most important ways of improving the quality of your sleep is to do it in complete darkness, as even small amounts of light interfere with the chemicals that tell your body to rest. If you can’t eliminate the light in your room, wear an eye mask. Another one of the best ways to improve your sleep is to exercise. 3.Stick to an exercise regimen. If you don’t want to pay for a gym membership, try strength-training at home. The muscle you develop will help increase your metabolism: the bodies of muscular people burn more calories even while they’re at rest.[11] To keep your heart in shape, do cardio. One particularly effective way to improve your cardiovascular health is to do interval training, which means alternating between low- and high-intensity activity. This has been shown to be a quick and extremely effective way to improve heart health and endurance.[12] (Anyone over the age of 60 or who has heart disease, high blood pressure, or arthritis should consult a doctor before attempting interval training.

| To keep myself healthy, I would get enough sleep. I would get up early every day. In the morning I would go for a walk, take some breaths of fresh air, and bathing some morning sun. I would eat nutritious foods every meal. I would drink enough water. I would avoid eating junk foods. And sometimes, I would do some meditations to keep my mind calm, and not to be much more stressed.

| Long time ago lol I always do the exercise at least 3 times a week. I drink lots of water and try not the drink cokes and try to eat healthy.I try not to eat greasy foods and try eating salads and grilled chicken things like that

| Set a goal: Even if you live a super busy lifestyle, there are things that you can do to make sure you stay fit. At work, we often find ourselves sitting in front of a computer for a very long period. Wouldn't it be nice to 'take a break' and still get some work done? Instead of calling one of your office mates to deliver a message, walk over to their desk and deliver it. This is an excellent way to stretch out those stiff muscles after sitting down for too long. Relaxation: Mental exercise is as important as physical exercise. Work pressure is very common these days. In such cases, relaxation is the only way to maintain mental balance. Most people prefer Yoga, Meditation for such purpose. But chilling out with friends and spending time with family during the weekends, are also helpful to avoid work tension.

Sleep is huge and almost a third of the US population doesn’t get near enough to staying physically and mentally healthy. 2 Strive for a better diet Look at your diet and what you’re eating now and make changes where you see fit. If you are susceptible to snacking, keep a piece of fruit or a few nuts at hand. 3. Stop all those bad habits Take a look at your current lifestyle and make a small list of everything you do that is not good for your health. 4. Well I am now over weight and I am on my way to loss some of my weight to make myself healthier. - I am trying to wake up early. - Go bed early - Do some exercise to make my heart pounding to the cardio zone. (Jump, Air Cycling) - Drink a lot of water. I drink more than 2000 ml. per day. - Try to skip fatty food! such as carb things or fry things
