| Keep your self warm is the important way. In winter season, it's easy to get fever. Because of the weather is cold so you should to keep your self warm. During the day, you should to wear sweater. During the night, you should to cover yourself with a blanket. In addition, take care yourself is the best way to help you stay healthy in winter.

| To stay healthy in the winter, you should wear sweater. The weather is very cold so you have to keep yourself warmer. You should have a bath earlier because if you have a bath late, the weather is cold and you will be sick easily. When you go to bed, you should have a few blanket. I don't think one blanket is enough because it's very cold.

| How to stay healthy in winter. ^^ -Eat a healthy diet. Maintaining a good healthy diet full of fresh fruits and vegetables and minimal amounts of organic meats is another way to keep your body clean and in good working order. Try eating an extra piece of fruit or veggie every day too! -Exercise regularly. It is important to exercise regularly, even if only for 15 minutes a day! Get out and take a short walk and enjoy the cooler weather. -Sleep well Lack of sleep can have a serious effect on your immune system, making you more vulnerable to catching colds. A study from Brazil found lack of sleep can result in a substantial decrease in the white blood cells that help to fight infection in the body. Create a relaxing bedtime routine, such as listening to soft music or soaking in a warm bath. Avoid watching TV or using your computer just before bedtime and turn the lights down low an hour before you turn in for the night, as it will boost the release of melanin in the brain. Also try to go to bed and get up at the same time every day, even on weekends. -Drink the optimal amount of water. | Good health and happiness are important goals in life. Eat balanced meals. Try to follow the food pyramid. Eat a lot of fresh fruits of vegetables, some whole grains and fiber, a little bit of dairy, a little bit of meat, and very little sugar and fat. Exercise regularly. To exercise you can run, do sit-ups, push-ups, etc., lift weights, play DDR, or walk briskly around your neighborhood.

| In the morning, I suggest making yourself a warm bowl of OVALTINE and oatmeal which if made to your taste very delicious and healthy with a cup of green tea filled with antioxidants. I such suggest staying away from fruits during the winter unless their sold organically in a warm surrounding since fruits tend to become very dry and lose their nutrients during the cold months. Don't forget to cover you body with a big cotch in the winter time Take care .

Oats also contain lots of vital vitamins and minerals. Make your porridge with semi-skimmed or skimmed milk or water, and don’t add sugar or salt. Add a few dried apricots, some raisins, a sliced banana or other fruit for extra flavour and to help you hit the five-a-day target. When it’s cold and dark outside it can be tempting to fill up on unhealthy comfort food, but it’s important to ensure that you still keep your diet healthy and include five portions of fruit and veg a day. If you find yourself craving a sugary treat, try a juicy clementine or satsuma instead, or sweet dried fruits such as dates or raisins. Winter vegetables such as carrots, parsnips, swede and turnips can be roasted, mashed or made into soup for a comforting winter meal for the whole family. Explore varieties of fruit and veg that you may not normally eat.
