| I think the food for healthy skin is water. Water is normal but it's necessary for our health. Actually, we have to drink about 7-8 glasses per day. Our body can lack of food for many days but it can't lack of water only a day. Moreover, drinking water help skin fresh and healthy.

| I think tomato is good for skin. Not only do tomatoes taste great but they also keep the skin healthy.
