First: I will eat fruit and vegetable.
Second:I will make myself relax and smile all the time, although I'm serious.
Third:I will invite friends to hang out with me
Forth:Try to do some exercise after class or walk to the class instead of using elevator.
All of these are my ways to improve my health,
it's easy to follow and I suggest everyone to do as the same.
